3. 3.You will be redirected to the insurance provider's website, where you will need to enter your contact information and incident details.

The insurance benefits become effective as soon as you buy a NordVPN Ultimate bundle subscription and end:

• When you cancel your Ultimate plan subscription.
• If the insurer or NordVPN serves notice to end the insurance benefits.

The cyber insurance benefits included with the NordVPN Ultimate plan subscription are:

• Scam loss recovery, which provides reimbursement for money you’ve transferred from a personal account in response to a fraudulent text message, email, or phone call.
• Online shopping fraud recovery, which provides reimbursement when you have purchased eligible items online and the website or trading platform turns out to be fraudulent.

We share some of your information with the insurer (such as your email address, your subscription's start and end date, and the plan purchased). Additionally, if you need to file a claim under any of the insurance benefits, you will need to provide your name, address, and email address. You may also need to provide additional information to verify a claim.

After submitting a claim online via your NordVPN account, you should receive an email from the insurer within 1 hour confirming your submission. If the claim is valid, please allow for up to 7 business days for the insurance provider to process it. You may be contacted for further information, so please look out for communications to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.

Once a claim is approved, payment to your account will typically take 3-5 business days. Please note that we will only make claim payments to a bank account registered in your name in the United Kingdom.
