Subscription is subject to our Terms of Service, auto-renewal terms, and Privacy Policy.

Introductory offer:

The price of our services in the introductory offers displayed to you as a new customer is valid only for the first period of your subscription.

Calculation of savings:

Savings from comparing the intro monthly price (including any extra months if offered) and the current monthly price of the annual renewal. Savings may vary by plan and intro term.

Auto-renewal:

Services are subscription based. After the first term of your subscription, it will renew automatically for another term, and you’ll be charged the then-applicable renewal price unless you cancel it.

Charging:

We will charge you for the upcoming subscription period in advance. Such payments are billed annually (up to 14 days before the renewal) or monthly depending on your billing cycle. Renewal prices may be higher than the introductory prices and are subject to change. For subscriptions longer than one month, we’ll always send a notification email before the charge is processed.

Cancellation:

You can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time by logging into your Nord Account. Detailed instructions on how to cancel can be found here. After canceling, you’ll still have access to the service until the end of your current subscription period.

Refund:

If you want to receive a refund for your subscription, you must do so within 30 days of initial purchase. To request a refund for your payment, contact our 24/7 customer support, and indicate you would like us to refund your payment. Detailed instructions on how to request a refund can be found here.
