Sharing with cloud storage vs. sharing with Meshnet
NordVPN provides not one, but two distinct features that let you securely share files with others. Here are the differences between sharing files using your cloud storage and sharing files with Meshnet.
Cloud storage
Powered by NordLocker, NordVPN’s cloud storage feature lets you give others access to specific files that you’ve uploaded to your cloud. You can transfer files directly between NordVPN users or generate download links for those without a Nord Account.
Meshnet
Meshnet lets you link up to 60 devices into secure private networks. Once connected, these devices act as though they were on a local area network (LAN), including being able to send files directly to each other. Unlike cloud storage, Meshnet does not let you send files to users without a Nord Account.
