TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF NORDVPN’S GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTION
THE NETHERLANDS – BOL.COM GIFT CARD + 4 ADDITIONAL MONTHS (IF PURCHASED THROUGH INFL.)
Effective Date: February 11, 2026
These are the Terms and Conditions of NordVPN's gift with purchase promotion in the Netherlands regarding bol.com gift card plus 4 additional months (if purchased through infl.) (“Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which are a binding contract between you and nordvpn s.a., a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama with the registered operations in the Netherlands, under registration number 80418260, registered address Fred. Roeskestraat 115, 1076 EE Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“Organiser”), so please read them carefully before entering.
1. Eligibility.
This Promotion is open to all individuals residing in the Netherlands, provided they meet the specified eligibility criteria outlined below:
Participants must be aged eighteen (18) years old or over (at the time of purchase).
Participants must purchase a two (2) year plan subscription of NordVPN Services (as defined in Section 1.1 of the General Terms of Service) that is reflected on the NordVPN website (“Plan”) during the Promotion Period (as defined below in Section 2) and through NordVPN website.
Participants must maintain the purchased Plan subscription for more than 30 (thirty) days (i.e., not request a refund for the purchased Plan as per “Money Back Guarantee” terms outlined in the General Terms of Service).
Participants must claim their bol.com gift card through their Nord Account - either by visiting the designated page on their own or by following the instructions in the email sent by Nord after purchasing the Plan - within thirty-one (31) days following purchase of the Plan.
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, individuals who meet the above criteria are referred to as “Participant” or “Participants”.
Promotion is not valid with any other Organiser’s offers/promotions. Employees of the Organiser, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and parent companies, or anyone associated with the administration of this Promotion are not eligible to participate.
Purchase of the Plan is necessary. No entry fees apply to be eligible for the Promotion.
2. Promotion period.
The Promotion starts on the Effective Date (i.e., February 11, 2026) at 08:00 AM Central European time (“CET”) and ends on April 1, 2026, at 08:00 AM CET (“Promotion Period”). The timekeeping device used by the Organiser is the official clock of the Promotion.
Please note that due to technical processes involved across Promotion campaign pages, there may be a discrepancy of up to one (1) hour at the start and/or end of the Promotion Period. Nord shall not be held responsible for any such minor timing discrepancies. Participants are encouraged to plan their participation accordingly.
3. Gift.
Upon successful purchase of the Plan within the Promotion Period, each verified and confirmed Participant (who meets the following eligibility criteria as specifically defined herein) will be awarded:
First, 4 (four) additional months of their purchased Plan subscription or its equivalent, if the Plan was purchased through an eligible influencer promotion, and
Second, a bol.com gift card, the value of which depends on the purchased Plan:
For the Basic Plan or its equivalent: bol.com gift card worth EUR 10 (ten Euros).
For the Plus Plan or its equivalent: bol.com gift card worth EUR 20 (twenty Euros).
For the Ultimate Plan or its equivalent: bol.com gift card worth EUR 30 (thirty Euros).
Additional months together with the gift card collectively hereinafter referred to as “Gift” or “Gifts”.

Please review https://www.bol.com/nl/nl/tc/cadeaukaartvoorwaarden/ as well as other documents carefully and make sure you clearly understand them before you redeem or otherwise use the gift card.
The Participant may not exchange the Gift for cash, other items, or services. The Organiser does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen Gifts for reasons beyond the Organiser's fault (e.g., redeemed without the Participant’s permission), and replacements will not be provided. The Gift is as stated and nothing else is included.
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Gift with an item of equal or greater value if the specified Gift becomes unavailable.
4. How to Participate and Gift Delivery.
During the Promotion Period, all Participants meeting the criteria set forth in Clause 1 will be eligible to receive the Gift.
In any case, all eligible Participants will automatically receive:
4 (four) additional months added to their purchased Plan by Nord, with details displayed in their Nord account, If the Plan was purchased through an eligible influencer promotion, and
The gift card by Nord sending it with the redemption code via email within 50 (fifty) calendar days of the purchase of the Plan provided that the bol.com gift card has been duly claimed within thirty-one (31) days following purchase of the Plan and the 30-day Money Back Guarantee period has expired and the purchased Plan has not been refunded.
Note: If the gift card is not claimed within the specified thirty-one (31) days, the Participant will not receive the gift card. To claim the gift card, Participants must do so through their Nord Account - either by visiting the designated page directly or by following the instructions provided in the email sent by Nord after purchasing the Plan.
The gift card may be redeemed within three (3) years from the date it is delivered to the Participant.
No more than one (1) Gift per Participant: anyone attempting to enter more than once, including through multiple accounts or email addresses, will be disqualified.
5. Privacy.
The Organiser will process personal data pertaining to the provision of the services, as set out in Organiser’s privacy policy, that can be found here: https://my.nordaccount.com/legal/privacy-policy/. No additional information concerning any Participant will be collected, except for data related to participation in the Promotion (purchase details, whether the gift card has been duly claimed, and if so, the information about the Gift received). Such data will be processed only for the purposes of (i) organising and coordinating the Promotion, (ii) ensuring compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and (iii) delivering the Gift. It will be retained for the duration of the Promotion and will be deleted no later than 1 (one) year thereafter. Participants have the right to object to participating in the Promotion and receiving the Gift at any time by contacting our support team at support@nordaccount.com.
6. Release and Limitation of Liability.
If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons outside control of the Organiser (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion), the Organiser reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disallow any reward claims at its sole discretion or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
The Organiser assumes no responsibility for any damages, losses, or injuries that result from failure to claim the Gift, acceptance of the Gift or participation in this Promotion, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Additional Terms.
Each individual participating in the Promotion was, is, and shall be bound by the General Terms of Service for the duration of the use of the Organiser’s services.
The Organiser may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or any of the Organiser’s websites; (ii) acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or (iii) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If an entry is incomplete or if the Participant uses robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar methods, an entry will be disqualified. The authorised subscriber of the email account used to enter the Promotion at the actual time of the entry will be deemed to be the Participant and must comply with the rules set herein in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account. The authorised account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organisation responsible for assigning email addresses for the domains associated with the submitted email address.
8. Miscellaneous.
By participating in this Promotion, each Participant agrees that the Organiser's decisions related to the Promotion and all distribution of Gifts are final. Any difficulties in interpreting these rules and any disputes will be settled by the Organiser or by the competent courts.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.
The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall be interpreted and applied based on the law of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by the courts of the Netherlands. Notwithstanding the above, the applicable consumer protection laws will still apply for the purpose of protecting consumers.
