De prijs van onze diensten in de introductieaanbiedingen die je als nieuwe klant te zien krijgt, geldt alleen voor de eerste periode van je abonnement.
Berekening van besparingen:
De besparing komt voort uit het vergelijken van de maandprijs van het introductieabonnement (inclusief extra maanden indien aangeboden) met de huidige maandprijs van de jaarlijkse verlenging. Besparingen kunnen variëren per abonnement en introtermijn.
Automatische verlenging:
Diensten worden op abonnementsbasis verstrekt. Na de eerste termijn van je abonnement wordt het automatisch verlengd voor een nieuwe termijn en wordt de dan geldende verlengingsprijs in rekening gebracht, tenzij je het abonnement opzegt.
Betaling:
We brengen de kosten voor de komende abonnementsperiode vooraf in rekening. Deze betalingen worden jaarlijks (tot 14 dagen voor de verlenging) of maandelijks gefactureerd, afhankelijk van je factureringscyclus. Verlengingsprijzen kunnen hoger zijn dan de introductieprijzen en kunnen worden gewijzigd. Voor abonnementen van langer dan een maand sturen we altijd een e-mail voordat we de kosten in rekening brengen.
Annulering:
Je kunt de automatische verlenging van je abonnement op elk moment stopzetten door in te loggen op je Nord Account. Gedetailleerde instructies over hoe je kunt annuleren vind je hier. Na het annuleren heb je nog steeds toegang tot de dienst tot het einde van je huidige abonnementsperiode.
Terugbetaling:
Als je een terugbetaling voor je abonnement wilt ontvangen, moet je dit binnen 30 dagen na de eerste aankoop doen.
